Tangra Bulgarian Kaskaval - The Rise of a Great Cheese 100% natural sheep's milk

Tangra Bulgarian Kashkaval - 100% natural sheep's milk

The art of cheesemaking is one of the carefully guarded traditions in the Rhodope Mountains, the source of one of Bulgaria's great gourmet cheeses. Tangra Bulgarian Kashkaval dates back over 1000 years. It is made from fresh natural sheep's milk in the Rhodope Mountains, the southern part of Bulgaria.

Medium firm and fine in texture, Tangra Bulgarian Kashkaval comes in wheels weighing 2.2 and 19.8 pounds. Under its natural rind, its delicate creamy and slightly nutty taste makes it a popular addition to any cheese platter. Tangra Bulgarian Kashkaval is also great for snacks, salads, warm dishes and light Rose. Enjoy the taste of the Rhodope Mountains!

Quality: guaranteed by Bulgarian State Standards which are some of the most demanding in the world. All our products are labeled in conformity with FDA requirements and have U.S. barcodes. For detailed nutritional and physical description take a look at the attached table.
